Following the enlightening meeting with Simona Vignali, I delve deeper into the study of Yogatherapy and Ayurveda according to the Ayurvedic Touch method, which I immediately begin to practice as a student, then as an Operator, and later as a Certified Teacher.

I coordinated the SIMA Operators at the national level for 12 years, taking care of the SIMA School programs, the teaching of Ayurvedic treatments, and collaborations and initiatives outside the School.
