Following the enlightening encounter with Simona Vignali, I deepen my study of Yogatherapy and Ayurveda according to the Ayurvedic Touch method which I immediately start practicing as a student, then as an Operator, and later as a Certified Teacher.

I coordinated the SIMA Operators at a national level for 12 years, taking care of the programs of the SIMA School, the teaching of Ayurvedic treatments, collaborations, and external initiatives related to the School.

Being a versatile creative, always curious and dedicated to human, professional, and spiritual growth, I deal with various disciplines in the holistic world: I teach Yoga Therapy, Meditation, and conduct tantra massage courses for couples.

Currently, I work as a freelance professional in two studios in Milan, in the areas of Corso Garibaldi and Loreto-Lambrate.

I offer both amateur courses for those who want to approach the world of Ayurvedic massage and self-massage, and professional courses aimed at wellness sector professionals: beauticians, physiotherapists, osteopaths, holistic practitioners, yoga teachers, shiatsu practitioners, etc.
